Marco Noth leads the “Property Valuation” department for owner-occupied residential properties at the Swiss Property Owners Association. He is also a member of the executive board and the board of directors.
Clients value his direct and curious approach, as well as his belief that communication and empathy are the most important resources in today’s working world.
With over 1,000 hands-on market valuations and advanced certifications, Marco is nearing the completion of his MAS in Real Estate Management. His qualifications include CAS certificates in Real Estate Valuation (BFH), Real Estate Management (BFH), and Sales Management (HWZ). He combines in-depth technical expertise, a strong understanding of the market, and strategic thinking – a valuable mix that makes him the ideal partner for precise market analyses and targeted marketing strategies for your property.
In his free time, Marco enjoys reading specialist literature on real estate, marketing, and sales psychology. He likes going on walks with his dog Bali and staying active to keep fit for his daily work in the real estate world. When time allows, he enjoys traveling to faraway countries.
